Order Pecans for Holiday Gift-Giving
Continuing a Skidaway Island tradition, P.E.O. Chapter AS once again is offering the popular Schermer Pecans from Glenville, Georgia.
Handsomely presented in various-sized foil packages, the pecans make welcomed hostess gifts, can be easily mailed and frozen, and are a perfect complement for holiday entertaining. The pecans are available in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel clusters, glazed, cinnamon, plain (mammoth halves), and medium pieces. Each package is attractively priced at $12.
Reserve your packages of pecans by calling June Palmer (912-598-1693) or Jean Holland (912-655-3940). The deadline for orders is Saturday, October 27, and pickup is Friday, November 9, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., at 1 Galphin Lane, in Marshwood.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash and checks made payable to P.E.O. Chapter AS.
Proceeds from the sale support programs providing educational opportunities, for girls and women locally, across the United States, and internationally.
