Erin Schumacher is the Community Development Manager for The Landings Association. Her position is responsible for overseeing the Architectural Review and Community Standards programs. She and her team work to strengthen the long-term competitive position of The Landings by maintaining, protecting, and improving the quality of the community housing stock.

“I love being able to play a part in shaping the built environment here at The Landings,” Erin said. “The collaborative spirit and talent of our committee members, volunteers, residents, and staff make this a great place to work.”

Before joining the team, Erin worked for six years in local government and four years for private architecture and engineering firms. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art & Design, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Michigan.

When Erin isn't working, she enjoys restoring antique furniture, creating art, baking whimsical cakes, and adventuring outdoors with her husband, Jofrank, and their four children - Briana, Mary, Atori, and Santana.
