Marinas Update

Summer finally is here! We are well into our busy season, and many wonderful and exciting things are happening at the Marinas.

As a reminder, at Landings Harbor we have the Snack Shack featuring Leopold’s Ice Cream and Nathan’s hot dogs, open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It’s going to be a hot summer, so enjoy some quality time at the Shack with friends and family. This amenity is open to all Landings residents! Don’t forget to drop by the Harbor Store and look at some of our summer merchandise. We have a good selection of Aftco shorts, jewelry, and Landings logo apparel, as well as caps and visors. Don’t forget, Leopold’s Ice Cream is also offered in the Ship Store on the fuel dock at Delegal.

The much-needed restroom remodel is complete at Landings Harbor and looks better than ever. If you have not seen it, come by and check it out! A big thank you to the contractor for helping make this project a success!

If you are a dry stack boat owner, don’t forget to call ahead or use the Boatcloud app. Please be considerate of other boaters and be punctual for your scheduled departure. If you have questions about how to use the app, stop by the Landings Harbor Marina office, and staff will be happy to help with the setup on your phone or tablet. Speaking of the Marinas, our new summer hours of operations are now in effect. Landings Harbor Marina is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Delegal Creek Marina is open Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Let’s make the most of these summer days and enjoy our waterfront amenities as much as possible. Call Delegal Creek Marina (224-3885) about renting kayaks for the day. Because of the popularity of the rentals, residents are encouraged to call Delegal Creek Marina (224-3885) in advance to make certain what they need is available. Finally, if picnics are your thing, don’t forget about our great picnic area at Landings Harbor. This area is equipped with tables and grills and is reserved on a first come, first-served basis. Once the request form is completed, submitted, and received, a Community Relations Representative will follow up with any needed instructions.
