Nominations for TLA Board

By Jim Morgan - jgm514@bellsouth.net
Landings Association Board Director

It is time for The Landings Association’s Nominating Committee to recruit/seek/identify candidates for the Association’s Board to ensure that our community continues to thrive, to make our homes a place where we all want to be, and to assure a bright future of progress and prosperity for The Landings…a goal that will benefit us all.

Serving on the Board not only is a commitment and a responsibility, but it also is very fulfilling work. Board Directors work with our great, professional staff to help fulfill the expectations of our residents. We seek people committed to making The Landings healthy, attractive, and desirable for our neighbors, friends, and future residents.

We are blessed to have an outstanding General Manager and dedicated professional staff who handle all our day-to-day operations. We are seeking candidates willing to commit time and lend their talents to help develop policy, as it is the Board’s function to give direction to our staff in pursuit of the community’s greater goals for the future.

We want people who have a willingness to serve and are committed to working together in keeping The Landings a vital community by working constructively with our staff and respecting all the various viewpoints presented in making policy decisions.

To submit a Board Candidate Application, please visit landings.org/board-candidate-application. You also can learn more and become more involved by applying to serve on any of our committees. If you have questions or concerns, please contact any Board director or email me (jgm514@bellsouth.net) to discuss your interest in serving or to recommend others.
