MyUtilityConnect Added to TLA’s App!
In April, Utilities, Inc. (the community’s water and wastewater company) launched a new mobile app and web portal called MyUtilityConnect. The new portal allows customers the flexibility of managing their accounts from virtually anywhere.
As a recap, some of the benefits of MyUtilityConnect include:
- Ability to receive notifications about water outages and payment reminders
- Ability to monitor consumption patterns to make better habits that result in more savings
- Manage electronic billing preferences for easier and faster payments
- Easier and faster interaction with Utilities, Inc.’s Customer Service Team
Access to MyUtilityConnect now is accessible through The Landings Association’s app. To download the app on your Android or iPhone, search for The Landings Association in the respective app store. The pictures shown below reflect the new icon created on TLA’s app for the MyUtilityConnect portal. You will need your utility account number, service zip code, and email to register for MyUtilityConnect.
