Main Gate Landscaping Improvements

Recently, you may have noticed fresh sod and plantings around the Main Gate and along the community path.

This work is part of the annual landscape contract with BrightView and was performed at no additional charge to The Landings Association. The enhancements are close to one of the community’s most highly-traveled community paths and were reviewed and agreed upon by the Association’s Public Works and Center Island committees. The goal of the enhancements is to improve the aesthetics of our Main Gate while providing a safe travel corridor for all modes of traffic. As always, we ask residents to be aware of the work occurring in this area and slow down for our crews.
