Landings Way North Loop Repairs and Closure

Courtesy of Public Works

On Wednesday, April 24, the Landings Way North loop behind the Main Gate will be closed for repairs which will include a mill and replacement of a 200-foot asphalt section. Barring any significant weather delays, this area will be closed for two-to-three days while repairs are done.

During this closure, it is recommended that you utilize other community access gates to enter and exit the community (rather than the Main Gate) as outlined below:

Plantation/Oakridge: Use the Oakridge Gate

Marshwood: Use the North/McWhorter Gate

Tidewater/Midpoint: Use the Oakridge and/or North/McWhorter Gate

Vehicular traffic entering the Main Gate can continue to travel southbound on Landings Way; however, all northbound traffic on Landings Way should utilize the North/McWhorter Gate during this closure.

A detour has been created for those traveling Landings Way North to Landings Way South which will take you through Tidewater Way as indicated on the below map. As a reminder, Landings Way southbound traffic can still exit the Main Gate as normal.

Golf cart traffic will not be affected during the project.

Please utilize caution when traveling around the repair areas and be cognizant of the detour arrows, signage, and contractor’s crews directing traffic. Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to improve the infrastructure throughout the community.
