2019 Road Repair and Replacement Project

Bennett Paving has been contracted to complete this year’s road repair and replacement project. The project will begin on April 15 in the Marshwood area of the community. If your road is scheduled to be repaved this year, you will receive a subsequent communication which will be placed in your mail tube.

Additionally, we recommend that you register for Swift 911, The Landings Association’s Emergency Alert System that allows residents the opportunity to sign up to receive notifications. Further updates regarding this year’s road project will be sent through this platform and be directed towards those property owners whose road is scheduled to be repaved.

Make certain you complete the process by subscribing to the alerts you want to receive. The system will issue you an email with a four-digit PIN to complete the sign-up process. If you do not receive that message to your inbox, be certain to check your junk mail.
