The Savannah Golf Championship returns to The Landings March 25-31, and new in 2019 is a jam-packed Military Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 30!

The tournament wants everyone to be aware of what’s happening as it affects all residents. There will be 10 military displays arriving early morning on March 30 that will be displayed on the golf course. Three aircraft will be landing around 5 a.m., and all ground displays will arrive between 3 and 5 a.m. Please do not be alarmed if you hear the noise from the aircraft.

Following play on Saturday, the aircraft will take off from the course around 5:30 p.m. to participate in the Flyover on #18 Green, following the Military Appreciation Day Ceremony. There also will be a C-130 Flyover as part of the Ceremony as well as a Jumper. Barring any weather issues, all air activities will conclude before 7 p.m. All vehicles will depart from the Course by 10 p.m.

We hope you’ll join us for the tournament! If you have any questions, please contact Tournament Director Cheyenne Overby (cheyenneoverby@pgatourhq.com or 813-230-1433).
