Assessment Payment Deadline March 1

Residents are reminded that March 1 is the deadline to pay your Annual Assessment (Annual Property Owner Dues). Late fees will be assessed after April 1.

You can pay in full ($1,850/lot) with cash or check (payable to The Landings Association), mail your payment, pay online through PayLease, or drop payments off at The Landings Association's Administration office (600 Landings Way South). Hours of operation for the Association are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. For your convenience, there is a dropbox located outside of the Administration office (600 Landings Way South).

If you already have remitted payment, thank you. Please remember, if you have participated in the quarterly payment program in the past, you are not required to resubmit a form unless your banking information has changed.
