2019 Community Paths Update
This year’s community paths project will be broken into two phases. The first phase of the project will begin on Monday, February 25 starting in the Plantation area of the community. The paths will be replaced in the following order:
- Path 1: Plantation Club to Cotton Crossing
- Path 2: Cotton Crossing to Pelham Road
- Path 3: Pelham Road to Delegal Circle
During the replacement of these paths, the sections mentioned above will be closed to all traffic including golf carts, walkers/runners, bicyclists, etc. All golf carts and other pedestrian traffic will be directed to use Landings Way South.
Barring any significant weather delays, the project should be completed by mid-April.Â
