GO RED FOR HEART Fashion Show and Luncheon

As part of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, Red Dress Campaign, there will be a fashion show and seated luncheon, Wednesday, February 20 at Plantation Club. The event will kick off with an 11 a.m. reception, followed by lunch at 12 p.m., and a speaker at 12:30 p.m. Dr. Marianne Fleming will present key factors on heart disease as the number one killer of women, and at 12:45 p.m. the fashion show will begin. National sponsors for this special event are Macy’s and CVS Health, and the presenting sponsor is St. Joseph/Candler. Corporate sponsors are Audi-Peacock Auto Co. and United Community Bank, with additional support from The Landings Company, Kathy Levitt, Memorial Medical Center, Hello Gorgeous, Largo Beverage, and Publix. Media sponsors are Savannah Magazine, WTOC-TV, I Heart Media, South Magazine, and TWATL. Our celebrity models will be Dawn Baker, Dolly Chisholm, Cynthia DeLoach, Sherry Danello, Catherine Donaldson, Jenny Gentry, Angie Hostillo, Edna Jackson, Lauren Lantz, Maggie Maine, Molly Maine, Renae Maine, David Pratt, Gaye Reese,Tina Tyus Shaw, Connel Stiles, Michelle Turley, Rita Smith, and Molly Smith. Tickets are $50 per person. Tables of 10 to 12 people (Heart Tables) are $600 each. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association. This event is tax deductible as permitted by law.
