A Warmer Shade of Winter Concert: January 21
Snuggle up with great songs and forget about your chills at the Southern Holiday Jazz Band's A Warmer Shade of Winter concert. The concert will take at 3 p.m. place on January 21 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Savannah on Troup Square.
Featured will be vocalist Jane Ogle, with John Tisbert on trumpet, Bill Smith on guitar, and Ryan Kelly on bass. Hear compositions by Cole Porter, John Phillips & Michelle Gilliam, Alec Wilder, k.d. lang and Robert Telson, Simon & Garfunkel, Irving Berlin and more.
Children older than 12 are welcomed to attend. The concert will be followed by a wine-and-cheese reception.
Tickets are $25 in advance through Eventbrite or $30 at the door.
