2023 Community Path Project
Absolute Concrete completed the community path repairs from Tidewater Way to the Franklin Creek tunnel this week. They will continue working on operational community path panel repairs next week.Â
2023 Storm Drain Project
Southeast pipe completed lining 300 feet of damaged storm drain pipes along Priest Landing Drive this week and will continue working through this year’s project scope next week.
Turf Replacement at Tidewater Square
BrightView, in conjunction with their contractors, replaced 10 pallets of sod at Tidewater Square the week of May 15. The sod was under warranty and was replaced due to lack of proper germination. When new turf is installed, it requires additional irrigation during the day for 2 weeks to ensure the sod is getting the proper amount of water for establishment.
