2024-2026 Annual Dues (Assessment) Vote Approved

The auditor completed tabulations for The Landings Association’s Annual Dues Vote on April 20.
71% of voters approved the proposal, which is above the required 66.7%. Valid votes were received from 63% of the lots in The Landings.
