Yam Gandy Road Repairs Scheduled for April 10
On Monday (April 10), Bennett Paving will replace a section of asphalt on Yam Gandy Road (the outbound lane) between Moss Hammock Lane and Cottenham Circle.Â
This section of asphalt did not meet The Landings Association’s standards and specifications, thus requiring the need for replacement. The contractor received several bad batches of asphalt, which caused some unevenness and ride altering bumps along the roadway. All costs associated with the replacement will be at the expense of the asphalt manufacturer/plant. Â
During this project, Yam Gandy Road will be open to vehicular traffic. However there may be some delays.Â
Thank you in advance for your patience and support as we continue improving the roads and infrastructure throughout the community.Â
If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Association's Public Works Department (pwmanagers@landings.org or 912-598-5509).
