Private Property Maintenance Standards
No routine inspections were performed this week. Follow-up and requested inspections were conducted throughout the island. This week, five properties were contacted regarding a violation of the Private Property Maintenance Standards, and eight properties were contacted to provide courtesy education regarding property maintenance standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Community Development Department Meeting with The Landings Company
On Wednesday, July 20, Erin Schumacher (Community Development Director), Cary Shapoff (ARC Board Liaison), and Bill Haeger (ARC Chair) attended The Landings Company’s weekly Agent’s meeting to provide an overview of the Community Development Department activity over the first six months of 2022. The presentation was followed by a Q/A session where questions about the Architectural Review process and Private Property Maintenance Standards were discussed in detail.
