Landings Community Park Maintenance

As part of our annual maintenance program, staff completed the quarterly pressure washing of all equipment in and around the park on Thursday and Friday. Additionally, staff updated the lighting signage around the facility to explain the operation of the new light fixtures. Staff will complete paint touch-ups around the facility next week.

The restrooms at the Community Park are currently inoperable, as the pump grinder (a wastewater conveyance device that grinds the waste and then pumps it out to the sewer system) at the facility malfunctioned and requires replacement. A work order was generated with Wastewater Contractors, our current service provider, to restore the plumbing operations. Staff will update the Board and community when the restrooms are fully operational.

Storm Drain Lining

Southeast Pipe completed repairing and lining sections of the crossover storm drain pipes beneath the roadway on Romerly Road and Romerly Road West ahead of the road project this week (Romerly Road will be repaved this year).

Curb Repair on Shellwind Drive

Absolute Concrete completed the replacement of damaged curbing on Shellwind Drive in advance of the scheduled milling and paving of a section of Shellwind Drive (beginning at Moonbill Lane), which will begin in April after The Landings Club’s Korn Ferry tournament.
