Continental Panel Gate Training

On Wednesday, staff from Public Works, Security, and Remote Technology attended a training session in the Public Works Building with Continental Panels. Staff in attendance included Sean Burgess, Tim Cook, Ingrid Poppell, Chuck Bolen, Jill Waclawski, Charles Vinson, Calvin Riggins, and Sam Eskew with Remote Technology.

The Field Sales Engineer, David Fogle, provided training on the hardware and software components associated with the Continental Panel. The Continental Control panels are part of the operating system which provides access control at our gatehouses (the “brain”/control system that sends a signal to open and close the gate arms). Mr. Fogle is working to provide the Association with an evaluation of our current system to help improve the functions of each of our gate access control facilities.

2021 Community Path Project

Absolute Concrete completed the conversion of path (from asphalt to concrete) on Cricket Court this week. Thereafter, Absolute began working on the conversion of the remaining section of path along Tidewater Way.  Barring any weather/concrete plant delays, the contractor will transition to the path from Landings Harbor Marina to Bartram Road next week.
