Irrigation accounts for more than 50% of residential potable water use in The Landings. Water conservation never has been more important, nor has the reduction of our reliance on the Floridan Aquifer.

To encourage water conservation and a reduction in water use across Skidaway Island, Utilities, Inc. has initiated an Irrigation Audit Rebate Program. The goals of the rebate program are to detect any leaks, repair any broken irrigation heads, maintain a consistent watering distribution amongst turfed areas, re-adjust irrigation zones, and evaluate rain sensors.

This program is limited to the first 30 applications who have a Utilities, Inc. of Georgia account and whose property exists within The Landings on Skidaway Island, Savannah Georgia. (Note: Applicants with a functioning shallow well will not qualify.)

All program details are outlined in the application. To view or print the application, click here.  Please submit all inquiries via email to irrigationauditprogram@gmail.com.
