Annual Dues Fast Fact – Is There Anything New in the Annual Dues Proposal?

Dear Landings Association Members, 

Yes. The Athletic Complex Committee finalized a proposed redesign for the complex earlier this year. The new design has these upgrades:

• Updated and improved playground equipment will replace worn out, deteriorating equipment.
• At the Athletic Complex we’ll install:
  • A low-impact walking path
  • A pavilion for shade
  • Improved lighting for nighttime use
• The basketball court will be resurfaced and new hoops installed.

Vote “Yes” this September to remain competitive with other communities and to maintain your property values.
