Annual Dues (Assessment) Vote Packets to be Delivered Soon

The Annual Dues (Assessment) Packets will be mailed early next week, and residents should begin receiving them shortly thereafter.

The packets will include exclusive credentials (login and password) for each resident that are needed for online voting. Paper ballots also will be included in the voting packet. If you opt to vote by paper ballot, please be sure to sign the return envelope and place the ballot envelope, with the ballot, inside.
