Have you noticed a lots of construction activity around the community lately? Since February 2020, your Community Development Department (CDD) has seen a consistent increase in the number of applications submitted for review by the Architectural Review Committee and in permit requests overall. In comparing the activity from this year to last year, the CDD team has processed 22% more permit requests, and the Architectural Review Committee has reviewed 52% more applications than last year at this same time, indicating a significant amount of reinvestment throughout the community. We are on pace to set a record for the busiest year ever!
