2020 Community Path Project
Based on the forecasted chance of rain this week, Absolute Concrete was delayed in the continuation of the path replacement project. The contractor will resume next week beginning with the path that connects Sedgewater Retreat to Stargrass Retreat. Thereafter, they will complete the conversion of path from the McWhorter Bridge to the Club comfort station located on Shellwind Drive.
McWhorter Community Path Bridge
On Wednesday, in-house staff began pressure washing the McWhorter Drive community path bridge. Barring any setbacks, staff anticipates the completion of this annual maintenance by Friday. When utilizing the community path bridge, please be cognizant of Public Works staff working there.
The Landings Company Monument Sign Removal
On Thursday, in-house staff removed The Landings Company monument sign located in front of their sales office and installed a temporary sign in its place. Over the last several weeks, staff received an increased number of 
resident complaints about the appearance and significant deterioration of the sign. In the interim, The Landings Company is working to design and construct a new permanent sign which will be installed at a later date.
