TLA to Reopen to Walk-in Traffic on Monday, June 1

The Landings Association will re-open to walk-in traffic on Monday, June 1. In keeping with social distancing mandates and to continue to help flatten the curve of COVID-19, those employees who can perform their work remotely will continue teleworking. However, all employees will continue to be accessible by phone and email during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

When the Admin Building re-opens (600 Landings Way South), there will be strict procedures in place for employees and guests. The number of guests allowed in the building at one time will be limited, and there may be wait times for service. Guests are asked to be patient. Once inside, there will be markings on the floors indicating where you should stand to appropriately distance. Sneeze guards will be in place in the reception area, and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building. Everyone is encouraged to wear face masks for the protection of others. Some services, such as New Resident Orientations and one-on-one meeting with staff, will be by appointment only.

Before the building opens, it will be professionally cleaned by Jan Pro Janitorial service. Jan Pro previously treated the building in late March when it was closed. Public Works staff will continue cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas in the building as well as on common property.

At this time, reservations for Landings Association rental amenities (e.g., Sunset Pavilion and the Picnic Grounds) remain suspended, as gatherings of more than 10 people without structured spacing of at least six feet remain prohibited by Governor Brian Kemp.

Public Works and Security have continued working on property throughout the previous stay-at-home orders, and they will continue working their regular schedules. (Hours for Public Works are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Landings Security is a 24-hour operation.)

The drop-boxes on the turnaround circle in front of the administration building also will be reinstalled during the week of June 1, so that residents can again drop off mail for The Landings Association, The Landings Club, and Utilities, Inc.

As we continue to phase in different aspects of TLA’s operations, we ask that residents remain respectful, courteous, patient, and supportive of each other and our staff.
